2. Use of This Website

This Website is provided for general information purposes about the Practice and its services. While we take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, nothing on this Website constitutes clinical advice, a clinical assessment, or a substitute for an individual consultation with Audrey Morris or another qualified professional.

This Website is not monitored for emergencies. If you or a child in your care is in crisis or requires urgent support, please contact emergency services (999 or 112) or your GP.

3. Bookings, Consultations & Payment

Consultations may be arranged by phone or email. By contacting us to book a consultation, you agree to provide accurate contact and, where relevant, child/client information.

Fees for consultations and services are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is made directly to Audrey Morris by cash or Revolut, at or around the time of your appointment. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement to attend at the date and time arranged.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of other clients and to allow Audrey to manage her schedule, the following policy applies to all bookings and will be shared with you when your appointment is confirmed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours' notice. You can do this by:

  • Emailing bcba@audreymorrisbehaviourtherapist.com
  • Calling or texting 087 769 8488

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or appointments not attended without prior contact, may still be charged in full.

If Audrey needs to cancel

On the rare occasion that Audrey needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be offered a full refund of any payment already made, or a free rescheduling to the next available slot, whichever you prefer.

Cooling-off period

Appointments booked for a specific date and time are not subject to the standard 14-day cooling-off period under Irish consumer law, as the service is performed on a specified date. This Cancellation & Refund Policy is shared with you when your appointment is confirmed by phone or email.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Client & Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Where services relate to a child or adolescent, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for assessment and therapy as part of the clinical intake process, separately from this Website. You agree to provide accurate, current information relevant to the care being provided, and to inform the Practice promptly of any change in circumstances relevant to that care.
